Welcome, y’all
Everything’s bigger in Texas
That includes the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with its many cities and neighborhoods, each with its own unique flavor. For Rec CAMP 2025, we’ll use one of DFW’s most charming small cities for our home base:
Grapevine, Texas.
Accommodations
Rec CAMP does not have a block with any hotel, so choose whatever option is best for you! Keep in mind that the tour bus will start and end each day at the Embassy Suites Grapevine DFW Airport North.
We start bright and early on Tuesday and end at noon on Thursday, so we strongly recommend checking in on the evening of Monday, April 7 and checking out on Thursday, April 10. View the schedule for details.

When to Arrive and Depart
When you arrive and depart is totally up to you, but please keep in mind you must attend the entire conference from 9am on Tuesday until 12pm (noon) on Thursday if you are planning to earn CEUs by attending Rec CAMP.
We strongly recommend arriving on Monday, April 7 to ensure you’re prepared for our early start on Tuesday morning, avoiding any travel- or weather-related delays.
